To reach the hotel, turn right in Hinterglemm just before the pedestrian zone towards the "Reiterkogel" underground car park. Please do not enter the underground car park itself; instead, continue straight through the road.
Then, turn left, and you will find yourself directly in the centre of Hinterglemm – right in front of the main entrance of the Glemmtalerhof.

During check-in, you can park your vehicle directly in front of the hotel. Our concierge team will assist you with your luggage and then park the car in our garage.

To reach our hotel garage, exit the hotel through the main entrance and turn right. Walk straight ahead for approximately 200 metres, passing by the Reiterkogel garage. Directly opposite Hotel Kerii, you'll find a small wooden bridge on the left-hand side. Cross the bridge and head uphill, where you'll find our garage. Access is granted with your room key card.

No problem! If you're arriving after 9:00 PM, we have a simple solution for you. Your room key, along with the room number, will be left for you in the rear entrance area. You can use this key to open the rear entrance door via the card reader. To the right of the door, you'll find our elevator, which will take you comfortably to your room. Information about late arrivals will be sent to you via email. This way, you can easily check in even after our regular reception hours.

Yes, we do have bath slippers available in-house! You can pick them up at the reception at any time for an additional charge of €3.00. Perfect for enjoying the wellness area to the fullest!

Check-in at Glemmtalerhof is available from 2:00 PM. This allows us ample time to ensure your room is perfectly prepared, so you can feel comfortable from the very beginning.

We have some great options at Glemmtalerhof for children to let off steam and have fun! For the little ones, we offer a children's playroom on the first floor with plenty of space and toys to play and explore extensively. There are also numerous activities in the surrounding area that are exciting for children of all ages.

For the older kids, we have a large recreation/game room in our basement with various games, table football, arcade machines, Connect Four, a billiard table, and a ping pong table. Right across from our hotel, there's also a garden with a large volleyball court, a small climbing wall, a ping pong table, and a spacious lawn to relax or play badminton.

For teenagers, there are also many outdoor activities in the area that promise plenty of adventure. And don’t worry – our hotel is located right in the heart of Hinterglemm, so exciting experiences are never far away.

If you exit the Glemmtalerhof and turn right, follow the road straight for about 5 minutes. Then, turn left and cross a large bridge. Just beyond the bridge, you'll find the new bus terminal in Hinterglemm, located near the Familienpark and Adventure Minigolf area.

Our mountain lake at the Glemmtalerhof is open daily from 07:30 to 20:00 with your room card. Here you can relax and unwind.
We switch on the saunas daily at 15:00. In bad weather they are also switched on at 12:00 noon.

Yes, a deposit is required when booking at the Glemmtalerhof. The amount varies depending on the season and offer:

• In summer, the deposit is usually between € 150.00 and € 250.00 per room.
• In winter it is usually between € 250.00 and € 500.00 per room.
• For special offers, a deposit of 30% of the total price is charged.

No problem! If you can't make it to dinner, please let us know in good time so that we can prepare a cold plate for you and bring it to your room. This means you don't have to miss out on a delicious meal and can dine flexibly.

We are happy to charge your car in our hotel garage for a surcharge of € 17.00 per charge.

Of course we are happy to offer you our laundry service. This is available for a surcharge of € 10.00 to € 20.00, depending on the amount of laundry.

You will find a laundry bag in your closet or at reception. Please fill it with your dirty laundry and then hand it in at reception - we will then take care of everything else.

Yes, there are two elevators available at the Glemmtalerhof. Depending on the location of your room, we will be happy to recommend which elevator is most convenient for you at check-in. Alternatively, all floors can of course be reached via the staircase.

You are welcome to borrow board or card games from reception at any time!

Yes, your little ones are allowed in the wellness area, only the sauna area is only permitted for adults and children aged 14 and over in the presence of a parent.

Unfortunately, your four-legged friends are not allowed in the hotel restaurant. However, there is a simple solution! If you would like to take your dog with you to dinner, we will be happy to provide you with a table in our à la carte restaurant “Pfeiferl”.

We don't offer ski lessons ourselves, but we are happy to recommend the HELI'S ski school - you can start skiing there straight away!

The water temperature in our mountain lake is a pleasant 29 - 30°C. Ideal for relaxing after an active day on the slopes or a long hike. With a length of 10, a width of 5 and a water depth of 1.36 meters, we have an impressive 68 m³ of fun and relaxation.
